Refund Timeframe
You have 7days from the date of delivery to request a refund. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Important: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
